Michigan Gubernatorial Candidate Rick Snyder Visits with Lebanese American Chamber of Commerce Officials Following Personal Invitation by John Akouri

(TROY, MI/USA)...Michigan Gubernatorial Candidate Rick Snyder today met with Lebanese American Chamber of Commerce senior officials, following a personal invitation by President & CEO John Akouri. The meeting was held inside The Presidents Room of The Capital Grill at Somerset Collection North of Troy, Michigan. In addition to Akouri, Chamber officials gathered included: Chairman of the Advisory Board of Directors Ronald M. Pruette, UBS Financial Services, Inc. First Vice President, Investments; Advisory Board Member Dr. Richard J. Cross, M.D., University of Michigan Health System Department of Nephrology; General Counsel Jeffrey Lance Abood, Esq., The Abood Law Firm; Executive Leadership Members Louis J. Peters, Jr., Paramount Bank Senior Vice President; Abe Karam, AXA Advisors, LLC / The Equitable Group Senior Executive & Eastern Michigan University Foundation Board Trustee; Rami Fakhoury, Esq., Fakhoury Law Group Global Business & Employment-based Immigration; Kamal Shouhayib, The Choice Group, Inc. CEO; Sam Attisha, Atrient, Inc. President; and special guest Charles N. Frangieh, Esq. Staff members arriving with Snyder included Bryce Sandler, Esq., & Stuart Foster, both former colleagues of Akouri during his days as a Capitol Hill Senior Advisor and Washington, DC Press Secretary to U.S. Rep. Joseph Knollenberg (R-MI) at the U.S. House of Representatives. Following a brief welcome reception for the former Gateway Computers chief, Snyder offered brief remarks and took questions from the Chamber senior officials gathered prior to a private dinner.
